- A type of manual therapy that utilizes specialized ergonomic stainless steel tools that massage and scrape the skin gently to help soft tissue injuries of the connective tissues, muscles, neurological tissues, and skin.
1-1 sessions
- Treated by a licensed physical therapist the whole way from evaluation to follow-up sessions
Cupping/Kinesio Taping
-
Cupping promotes healing and has been effective extensively for sore muscles with use of BPA free plastic cups that create a vacuum and lift tissue layers.
-
Kinesio taping can provide benefits such as improved circulation, reduced pain, and increased joint stability by providing support and proprioceptive feedback to the muscles and joints. It may also help in promoting natural movement patterns and facilitating the healing process of the injured tissues.
